Ascent Trip ReportWe left Rusk Mountain and descended following the ridge line to the Col between Rusk and Hunter. We followed the trail up the northwest flank of Hunter in several inches of fresh snow. The sky was clear and the going was wonderful. The only prints on the trail were of BobCat, Hare and a few other mammals. Spotted a few Grouse along the way. We arrived at the summit around noon. Which was 4 hours after we left the car below Rusk.
