Ascent Trip ReportOn highway 166, 9.3 miles west of Maricopa, take Cerro Noroeste Road south. Follow this for 21.4 miles to a dirt road on your left. This is forest road 9N34 and may not be marked. This turn is also 0.1 miles west of the junction with Cerro Noroeste Road which goes up the mountain. Take road 9N34 north and drive for 3.1 miles to a pullout on the left. The end of the road at a circle is another 0.2 miles. The pullout is also a very short distance past a quarry on your right. From here walk north on an old road for at most 0.1 miles and then turn left up through the forest to the broad summit area. 5/01 RLC
