Ascent Trip ReportA short walk in an open grass field ...... 300 yards, 20 minutes RT.
From the intersection of US13 and CR626 in Melfa we traveled northwest on CR626 for .78 miles to a fence corner and the start of a fenced-in pasture field on the right ..... there is an unfenced grass field before the the pasture. This was my TH.
I walked the fence line northeast abt 100 yards to definite high ground (running generally east-west), I hopped over the fence at a gate and walked the high ground west 50-60 yards, before coming back and choosing my spot at abt 25 yards from the fence, GPS 37.66062, -75.74904.
From here we south to Northampton CoHP.
