Ascent Trip ReportWhat an amazing way to ring in 2012 right from the peak. Hiked with Kate to the Carter Notch Hut and then shortly before midnight we hiked to Carter Dome via the Carter-Moriah trail to ring in the new year with seconds to spare. The trails were in ok condition (not enough snow) but the winds were in full force and it was very clouding at the top which made the wind chill factor come through.
Overall...Must...do...again...for...2013 :) Already planning the next one.
