Ascent Trip ReportGreat trip with the Random group. Alex, Julie, Heather, Jesse, Jeff and I. Super speedy group. Nice hike up to the lake and then up to the dome - not too muddy or icy. Ice appeared in earnest around Mt. Hight. A touch breezy on Mt. Hight but beautiful views of the Presis. Ice persisted here and there up high - got the other Carters without too much difficulty. Nice hike out - but a bit muddy on Imp until down low - very leafy. Took 19 mile brook up to Carter Moriah Trail to North Carter Trail to Imp and Dodge cut off.
Nice, unseasonably warm November day.
