|Date:||Monday, October 17, 2011|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||1820 ft / 554 m|
Ascent Trip ReportI accessed peak 1820 from Hwy 126 and Hwy 36 in Mapleton. Zero your odometer at this intersection and go east on Hwy 36. At virtural mile post 7.3 turn left on Cleveland Creek Road. At 7.7 go left and at 10.0 miles reach the top of a ridge at 1,500 ft. Park in the overgrown road to the right. Follow this overgrown road until it looks like it ends, then go left and the road continues towards the hgih point. The road ends on the ridge a couple hundred feet before the high point. I followed a game trail up until it ended at a big tree right on the ridge. This is the summit area. Nothing spectacular, no views, some bushwhacking.
