Ascent Trip ReportLong 20 mile hike - summit in a cloud. Very disappointing. Started at the Kanc, long 5 mile hike in (brutal coming out) landed at Bondcliffs and no view. Hiked to Bond and West Bond - light rain, windy and cool. Used all my clothing. Cleared coming back down off Bond to Bondcliff - WOW - best views yet in the White Mountains.
This mountain has it all - old railroad railroad track, roots, river bed, alpine, exposure, 'rain forest', long, steep in areas, not crowded - highly recomend
