Ascent Trip Report

Deep snow from trailhead to Scout Lake. Climbed to 9,200ft. on the North Ridge with group of 8 AIC students. Route was in great condition IF there would have been a good freeze cycle. As it was, there was rain for two days and it subsided at 7:00 am of climb day. Day culminated when student dropped boot off of ledge and it fell 1/4 mile onto whitewater glacier!
