Ascent Trip Reportmy plan was just going hike saddleback and the saddleback horn peaks but i took a jont upto this mtn hoping to do as much climbing as i can in that day, i live far away from that area and i still had plenty of daylight left so i hiked up the doubble black diamond trail up to the top of this mtn, but let me tell you. i have hiked plenty of mtns and i can say clearly this is not for unexperianced hikers. this will be a full day hike, i would not recomend going up the steep trails of the mtn. take the easy ones up and down, this hike was one of the harder hikes ive done. even though it wasnt threw the woods the trail just alone was the challenge. this was a very steep hike i took 13 breaks total up to the top going up the steep side. i took the easy trails down, but the elivation change must be incredible change but when i got to the top i was incredibly tired and was without water at this point, i needed to get down the mtn, i raced to the bottom. it was steep and very long way to the bottom, but it has a 360 degree view at the top, i would love to do this mtn again it was a awesome hike and i would love to ski down this as well, maybe my next challenge. :)
