Ascent Trip ReportI ended up following Fred Lobdell's trip report to a 't', though that wasn't my intention. I think I was reading trip reports to plan for my outing and his just stuck in my mind, so I went to Burley Hill road, then backtracked to the next driveway to the north, where the gate is still across the driveway. I walked up the driveway, across one hay field, then along the border of another hay field. At this time I saw the tower referred to in the other trip reports. That way looks just as far, but less uphill (and probably less "Not Trespassing" signs. Anyway, one thing to note if you do come this way, at the second hay field, try and hug the lower section and head into the woods parallel to the lower field. You will have to bushwhack a few dozen yards, but you will find a tractor path of sorts. This is easier to follow to the high ground. I used this to get down.
