Ascent Trip ReportHead to the Yodelin turnoff about 1.6 miles E aka N of Stevens Pass but park on the South aka East side of the road at a building that houses Stevens Pass employees. Hike the road network from here up the hill. The terrain is fairly open forest and a gentle grade. Not much to say. Not sure we were on the road network exactly as mapped but you can figure it out without difficulties. At the end of the roads head into the forest and contour to the saddle. Then up the ridge to the flattish summit. No bushwhacking required. Yay. This fit our desire for a quickie before the Super Bowl and it was real short at circa 3 hours RT. Good winter peak but less appealing in summer. Maybe consider combining with something else since brevity is the soul of wit but not the apex of peakbagging efficiency.
