Ascent Trip ReportPredawn 3am start. Slept at 19-Mile Brook Trailhead and spotted a car there for our attempt at Moriah to Carter Notch Hut. By the time we reached Moriah I was clearly gassed and the snow had taken its toll. However I'm very happy to have had a great day in the mountains in the winter and to have bagged a 4000 footer with my friend Phil. He was a good sport about turning back to the car and is a great person to hike with.
