Ascent Trip ReportHiked up the Saddleback ski trails. Was very windy, but a sunny start. Close to the top there was ice frozen to the trees and ground, but the sun was beginning to melt it. The hike across the ridge was VERY windy but still a great hike. The ice formation on the trees and signs was very interesting. Summit-ted both Saddleback and Saddleback-Horn. Didn't stay long on the peaks due to the wind. Started at 9:45 was on top of the Horn at 11:35 and back at the car at 1:15. A great day. This would be a wonderful hike on a summers day!
