Ascent Trip ReportBegan hiking around midnight and hiked up to the camp near the summit. Slept in our sleeping bags till sunrise waking up to a cold wind. Summited around 7am; along the way we crossed maybe the last bit of snow left in the state of Texas. On the way down we stopped at a couple good outcrops to do some scrambling. From the summit you are afforded awesome views of the surrounding peaks and the plains far below.
