Ascent Trip Report

Ascent began at 0630 in the morning. Crisp at base with temperatures in the 20s-30s. Ascent completed to lake int he clouds in long sleeve moisture wicking shirt and short sleeve thermal. After lake in the clouds fully bundled up, no exposed skin allowed. After this stop wind picked up gusting to 60 MPHs. Temps dropped to well below zero. Metal in legs started to get really bad towards summit and diabetes low flared but made it all the way. On the way down low temps still bothered reconstructed legs with slight case of vertigo. Awesome hike though.
