Ascent Trip Report

Well maintained trail leads to the ridgeline and then east to this non-prominent ridgetop. A small parking area is just across the road. Good views of the Three Sisters and Mt. Bisaro. To ascend Mt. Hosmer (the local HP) it appears that one could leave the trail at the ridgeline saddle and proceed cross country from there. A very nice camping site is available at Hartley Lake just up the road from the trailhead. Note: Avoid the Hartley Lake Road when wet as it becomes very slick and muddy!
