Ascent Trip ReportI stayed at North/South Lake Campground in Catskill, NY between 9/2-9/6 and I did multiple day hikes on 9/3-9/6 for 4 days.
Day-2 (9/4) was to hike at Slide Mountain Wilderness to cover Slide Mtn, Cornell and Wittenberg.
It took about over 1 hour drive to the trailhead of Wittenberg-Cornell-Slide Tr from the campground after car spotting at Woodland Valley Campground.
Here is the short trip report:
9:46AM Hiking was started.
11:15AM Arrived at Slide summit and ate lunch.
11:45AM Left Slide summit.
1:35PM Arrived at Cornell Summit
1:55AM Arrived at Wittenberg summit (Very nice view!)
Ate 2nd Lunch and took a rest more than 30 min
04:45PM Returned to Parking lot at Woodland Valley campground.
