Ascent Trip ReportScott, Jen and I started hike from Nancy Pond Trail trailhead on Rt 302 around 7:30AM or so. We took a bit long break at Nancy Cascede on the way to Mt Nancy and also on the way out to the trailhead at the end of our hike. At Norcross Pond, we see beautiful scenary. After reaching to north side of the pond, we see brook crossing again and saw the sign of "No camping". We turned about 180 right turn and went into some thick trees area. Herd path forked to 2 way, right path didn't go anywhere, so we went to left path which made us to grab summit of Mt Nancy at the end. From here, there are many switchback very steep herd path. We seldom bushwhack so much. After hike up for a while, we reached to the summit, but canister ddin't exist and only metal plate on the tree where I took picture with me. Return was also a bit tough because of steep descent. After passing Norcross Pond, the hike out was relatively easy, but it just a long distance hike out. We finished our hike about 7 hours 30min or so if my memory is correct.
