Ascent Trip ReportWe started to hike from Crawford Notch by using Avalon Trail after car spotted at the trailhead of Kedron Flume Trail on Rt 302. 1.3 mi hike on Avalon Trail and moved onto A-Z Trail. Since AMC recommended we bring Snowshoe, we brought both Snowshow as well as Microspikes. There are still a lot of snows on A-Z Trail which forced us to use MicroSpikes, but not Snowshoes in mid-May. Anyhow, after hiked 1.0 mile, we reached to the trail junction and got to the summit by using Mt Tom Spur for 0.6 miles.
At the top of Mt Tom, there was no view!!!
