Ascent Trip Report

We decided to hike Rocky Peak in connection with our ascent of Giant. After taking lunch on Giant -- surrounded by the clouds -- we headed off for Rocky Peak. To say the 1.3 miles to Rocky Peak were gruelling would be an understatement. It was steep, muddy and slippery the whle way. Very slow going due to the recent rains.
