Ascent Trip ReportFirst trip to Wheeler and it was amazing. Great weather and took my time getting to the top. Misjudged and ran out of water on the way down.
Met Jim Johnson from Fernley and the rest of his family. Jim was climbing yet another peak for his birthday. Today is his 83 birthday! Wow. Very impressive indeed.
Last mile is quite steep and almost a scramble getting to the top. Still, quite easy as the weather was good.
