Ascent Trip Report

This hike was all Class 2 from Salt Creek Road. Tagged Peak 2282 on the way to Peak 2274. No trails or roads, just some game trails. Took a route that stayed on BLM land mostly. The vegetation was mostly scrub oak and old growth manzanita. Mostly it was easy to avoid bushwhacking, but there was some of that too. There is a nice big manzanita bush sheltering the summit rock. No views. There were better views from Peak 2282
