Climbers with Last Names Starting with "A"

About the Climbers Page:

• Climbers and hikers who are interested in tracking their ascents and list completion progress can create an account on this site and enter their climbs and hikes.
• Using the tools on this page, you can search for registerd climbers at Peakbagger.com.
• The "Hall of Fame" lists show the top 50 climbers by various metrics, based on their entered ascent information.
• Note that many climbers do not enter vertical gain information, so the Most Vertical Gain hall of fame list is incomplete.
• Selecting "Famous Climbers" shows a small selection of noted mountaineers. Their ascent information was logged from various published information such as books and web sites.
• The "Search for a Climber" feature searches last names only. You must enter between 3 and 20 characters or the Search button will not work.
• If you are a registered Peakbagger.com member, and you do not want to appear in these lists, you can click your "Edit Account" link when logged in and check the "Keep your ascent data hidden" checkbox. You will not appear in any of the lists on this page unless you are logged in--no one else will see an entry for you.
• In any listing, clicking on a climber's name will take you to their "home page" on this site.  There are also quick links to the various personal lists for each climber.  Each list is dynamically updated as soon as an ascent is entered.
